The Neuroscience in Early Years: Predoctoral Training Program is a comprehensive, intercampus program designed to promote broad-based, multidisciplinary training for 6 outstanding predoctoral neuroscience students in their second year of study, prior to beginning full-time thesis research. Trainees are selected during the summer of their first year, by the Training Program Steering Committee. Selection is based on performance in first year courses and laboratory rotations. All training grant-eligible first year students are automatically considered for appointment.
